How to Qualify

Affordable apartment rents are based on income. Resident portion starting at $25/month, income restrictions apply. Utilities included with the exception of cable, electricity, internet, and phone.

Eviction and homeless prevention is available. Resources include Alternative Homeless Housing Assistance Program as well as partial payment for a month's worth or rent or damage deposits. They also offer vouchers for motels, shelter, and housing referrals.
